A & R Building Constructions Pty Ltd is a family-run business with over 35 years of experience. Our construction projects to date have been in both the residential and commercial sectors. As members of the Housing Industry Association we are well-versed in occupational health and safety best-practice. We have worked closely with many architects, developers and owners.
Our director, an RMIT-qualified Building Inspector & Technician and Registered Builder, personally supervises all projects. At the commencement of each project, a timeline is formalised to facilitate the construction process and continued site meetings with our director ensures that all projects are completed on time to the satisfaction of our clients.
The success of our approach and satisfaction of our clients means ongoing referrals from both our existing client and architect base are our major source of continued work.
